Team KRC has won numerous class championships in the Dongpeng Special Drink FIA F4 Formula China Championship. This season, the team will field talented drivers such as He Zhengquan, Lin Liqing, and Wu Jiaxin throughout the year. Founded in 2001, KRC (Kang's Racing Company) has participated in Formula One events around the world for many years, winning titles such as the British Formula 3 National Team and Drivers' Championship.
Team KRC has over a decade of experience competing in European and Japanese races. In recent years, the team has been dedicated to the Dongpeng Special Drink FIA F4 Formula China Championship. Team Manager Willis stated, "China F4 is a benchmark among domestic Formula One events." The team hopes to leverage its long experience in Formula One to achieve significant success in the Dongpeng Special Drink FIA F4 Formula China Championship.

F4 driver He Zhengquan has long participated in overseas Formula One events, leaving a mark on both the USF PRO and Japanese F4 circuits. After a brief trial run in the 2024 season, He Zhengquan decided to participate in this season's full-year Dongpeng Special Drink FIA F4 Formula China Championship. "I want to race back in Asia."
Lin Liqing, He Zhengquan's teammate, competed for the team at the Ningbo Grand Prix. The Masters driver from Taiwan made his championship debut last season, reaching the podium and enjoying the thrill of Formula One racing.
Wu Jiaxin made his debut in the Dongpeng Special Drink FIA Formula 4 China Championship for Team KRC at the Shanghai round. This Masters driver has extensive experience in endurance racing and GT racing.
To help its drivers perform at their best in the Dongpeng Special Drink FIA Formula 4 China Championship, Team KRC prioritized preseason preparation and testing. Team manager Willis stated, "To ensure Ethan is in top form for the race, we'll set a series of goals and make adjustments to the test runs, vehicle settings, and tire settings based on various conditions."

He Zhengquan and Lin Liqing jointly represented the team in the season opener. He Zhengquan entered the points zone in the first round. In the fourth round final on Sunday, he made several overtakes, briefly leading the race, and ultimately finished second overall. Lin Liqing took third place in the Masters Class in the third round and second place in the Gentlemen's Cup in the fourth round.
He Zhengquan and Wu Jiaxin teamed up for the Shanghai Grand Prix. He initially topped the qualifying charts, and finishing in the top six in both qualifying sessions laid a solid foundation for the race. He Zhengquan unfortunately retired after an accident on the first lap of the fifth round, but returned strongly in the sixth and seventh rounds to earn points. Wu Jiaxin continued to improve his performance, finishing second in the Gentlemen's Cup in the seventh round and winning the Gentlemen's Cup in the eighth round.
He Zhengquan leads the team into the third race of the season. Zhuhai International Circuit is a track where He and the team frequently practice. He is eager to fight for the top three spots, and the team is fully prepared for the rain. He Zhengquan finished second overall in the first qualifying session, which he successfully converted into an overall runner-up finish in round nine. In the eleventh round final on Sunday, He Zhengquan once again performed a brilliant overtake to secure fourth place overall.
After an up-and-down first half of the season, Team KRC Racing remains committed to podium finishes and annual honors this season. Organized by the China Automobile and Motorcycle Sports Federation, the championship is exclusively operated and promoted by Mingtai Motorsports Co., Ltd., and exclusively sponsored by Dongpeng Special Drink. Its goal is to cultivate more young drivers into world-class racing, including F1.
